resident of the same name, Bastien (a real web surfer and an active
member on various forums) comes to us with a mix of his own, which we've decided
to provide you with, full of those current calypso/afro influences. Welcome on

Bastien
was born on a little mediterranean island called Corsica at the end of the 70's
prior to start mixing for his friends at the early age of 15. His vocation took
frame at a local club called Via Notte where he would meet DJ/producer Claude
Monnet after discovering him on a mixed CD. Seing DJ's making people dance
on music not even heard on the radio, this with a sense of the avant-garde and a
good taste was to him like a revelation.
From now on, Bastien frequently spins on a "before"
called L'Appart the concept of which approaches that of David Mancuso's
famous Loft.
He made the tour of about all the clubs in Corsica and he's member of a
Corsican DJ crew called No comment.
