One thang is to do our job as
reputed observers, occasionally pointing our fingers on what we feel in the need
for to be changed, but what about coming out with such a delberate state of mind
if not able to evolve and adapt ourselves to our fast changing environment ? As
recently said by Louie Vega on these pages, the only way you can have
things happen is having you making them happen, thus having us then going
forward with what we think to be a more appropriate tool on our will to improve
the quality of the services that we have on offer…
Here we are, standing in front
of you on a slightly different suit, wishing you're gonna like it the way you
did regarding our 1.0 version… Needless to specify that our initial goal remains
the same, having us in the will to provide you with the very best coming out of
the groove spectrum. As a matter of fact, we simply felt the need for more space
to increase our content with the launch of new sections and services, but also
be able to welcome more of you simultaneously on better conditions…
Although some of you might be
surprised seing us going one step further despite the currently disturbed
environment we're living in, we'd like to remind you how we've never been that
kind of wait and see people. Not to mention, as already said here, how nothing
comes from nothing. The ever growing amount of you coming to visit us from a
week to another being the main reason of having us making all our possible to
reach higher performance standards… Technically speaking (thanks to my partner
in crime dealing with those aspects), but also in terms of editorial (courtesy
of our columnists).
You've already red us crticizing
this or that at some time, but what would be our credibility when not making
ourselves able to evolve as time goes ? Course, this is hard work and there's no
guaranty of success but how could we even think about reaching a new status if
not giving ourselves the means to do it ?
Your enthusiastic reactions so
far tend to make us think that we've somehow responded to a real need and we
translate them as a sign of encouragement of having us going forward.
We've been providing you with
the current and the forthcoming and are soon to do the same about the past for a
better comprehension of what the whole is coming from, while going back to our
roots. Not to mention the arrivals of new reviewers in order to complete our
current coverage, but these are far from being the only things to expect from
us.
New services we are to develop
apart from our editorial content are our long awaited record shop online to be
launched some time in February. But also a promo dept, meanwhile we'll have you
with the opportunity to wear the colours of our site with the delivery of our
T's with a few weeks. All of this to be hopefully operational before having us
going to Miami and its inevitable Conference, speaking of which, we'll extend
our coverage with previews, comprehensive diary, daily updates, gallery, reviews
