Yes dear, nuttin’ here but a cut that’s gonna take you higher. Something that could have been our motto facing all the crapy stuff around, from both these legendary italian DJ/producer and unmissable american vocalist. Although the Yukihiro Fukutomi with its bossa feel’s on the A-side, we would suggest you to go straight to the flipside left c/o Dave Warrin (probably his best post-production so far) which has much more on offer. Quite simple in its concept – but it’s generally the case when in front of efficient things – it drives you to some pure groovy deepness, made of breaking bass and rhythm guitar lines but also an epic and plaintive chord line around a stunning vocal interpretation from the lady in question. Simple indeed and classic somehow, but undoubtly ma-gne-tic.
