The very first Paris Blue Note festival is to take place on various locations of the French capital from Apr.4 to Apr.10. Guest artists include Jason Moran Bandwagon (New Morning, 04/04), Patricia Barber Group (La Cigale, 04/05), Angela McCluskey (ouverture) + Eric Truffaz Group vs Christophe (Le Trabendo, 04/06), Flavio Boltro Quartet vs Stefano Battista (New Morning, 04/06), Blue Note Revisited Night featuring Medeski + Martin & Wood. DJ sets : Jazzanova, Bugz In The Attic, DJ Cam & La Funk Mob (l'Elysée-Montmartre, 04/07), Troublemakers –Cinélive + DJ set (MK2 Grande Bibliothèque, 04/08), Wynton Marsalis Quartet vs Diana Reeves (La Cigale, 04/09), Closing Night – Tribute to Claude Nougaro (Espace Pierre Cardin, 04/10) + Bonus concert – Cassandra Wilson Group (la Cigale, 05/01st)
