40 y.o. pop star George Michael whose
new album, Patience has just been released a couple of days ago, has
announced that he is to retire from the music business in an interview on BBC
Radio. Explaining his decision, he said : I've been very well remunerated
for my talents over the years so I really don't need any more of the public's
money. Not mention the fact that It takes the pressure off to have a
collection of songs every so many years, which is what nearly killed me. He
then stated that he intends to put all his future songs on Internet for free.
Meanwhile, Patience is to be released in North America later in the Spring.
