The Jinks launch Jinks Inc Records
Since bursting onto the House scene with 'Love Like This' back in 2005, The Jinks (Dan Savidge and Chris Gau) have established themselves as one of the UK’s most buzzing new talents. With releases and remixes on a plethora of established labels, including Mn2S and Sole Music, The Jinks have recorded with the likes of Zodiac (Basement Jaxx), Gina Estrada (Switzerland), Chris Franck, Mike Patto and Leon Stenning (Reel People) as well as remixing for Swag, Mn2S, Soultonic among others.

Jinks Inc Records sees The Jinks continue in their mission to 'Rescue Dance Music from the Blahs', launching with a floorfilling bomb called 'Up 2 You'. This debut release features the legendary vocal talents of Philly's finest, Lady Alma, whose CV boasts collaborations with King Britt and 4 Hero.
Hooking up through Dan's flatmate, Seiji, of Bugz In The Attic, who had inside information that Alma was in town to record with Bugz and 4 Hero. Mixes include a killer Original mix, Jinks Funk Dub, Instrumental and Radio Edit, which also features Tom 'Ironlung' Ashe on keyboards & piano with Toni Econimedes, the Mix Engineer.

With this new label, The Jinks intend to bring a new angle to the House music scene, incorporating their signature J-Funk sound with the quirky production skills with which they've become synonymous.

A groundbreaking night, The Jinks Inc Record Launch features live PAs Zodiac and Radhika, as well as all on the night accompaniment from 'The Missing Jink', keys, Tom 'Ironlung' Ashe.
Setting the mood with some gritty J Funk, Chairman Gau, fires up the party followed by some roof-burning PA action from Zodiac performing 'Like Music', 'Wiggle' and 'Man Up') and Radhika, (taking a break from her UK tour with Mutya) to perform The Jinks's 'Story To Tell'. For afters check out, Dan 1 The Savidge Soul rocking the decks accompanied by Tom 'Ironlung' Ashe with a killer trademark House set.

Tons more surprises promised for the night, and don't expect to go home empty handed! Goodie bags are being readied as we speak.
