The absolute power of music resides no doubt in its ability to suggest pictures, should they be imaginary as firmly stucked to specific souvenirs. Although never been that particularily into a certain part of the contemporary said electronic music, I remember the very first time I came to hear this cut. The festive season was coming to an end in Ibiza, having us (José Padilla and yours truly) wanderin’ from a place to another prior goin’ somewhere near las Salinas where some German mate of him was havin’ a private outdoor after party. We was around a pool late at night… or early in the morning, in a quite trancey environment when this hypnotic jerky jam appeared, almost like welcoming the arrival of a brand new day with the sun slowly comin’ out of the darkness.
