Resident DJs Seb Chew and Leo Greenslade's block party mix of 80's boogie, upfront hip hop, hard funky mash-ups and RnB rarities has made YOYO one of the best hip hop parties around. It's also the favorite hang out spot for Kanye West, Faith Evans and DJ to the stars Mark Ronson.
Ezra Bang and Hot Machine is one man with a mission and an energy to fuse even large crowds. He's been making music for a long time, first in his native New York and now also in Europe. In Hot Machine he's really letting his hair down! |

The Futuro Flamenco thang goes from strength after another stonker last month, full of Flamenco Fiends and Mestizo Mavens till the 2 am knell!
This month sees the return of guest DJ Stevie Esteban, who really seems to tickle your collective fancies on each occasion that he delves into his little music-box. Resident DJ John Armstrong - just back from an inspiring few days' guesting at La Regla (Futuro Flamenco's spiritual cousin in Berlin) - promises lotsa noo-ies on the old turntables. And of course our mysterious belly-flamenco dancer Alessandra keeps up the hip-jondo dancefloor moves. PLUS...we're organising a special treat for you all to help forget about the misery of not being allowed to smoke any more....a nu-Flamenco dance audition! We're hoping for a couple of hopefuls to turn up and show you their moves. Usual rules apply, ie, arrive early to avoid the queue and be prepared to party. |

Dive is our new bastard bass driven Monday night featuring a veritable line up of those hearing and playing the radio waves of tomorrow.
Singer, Musician and DJ, Bishiwas British Born to a Bengali Musical family. Classically trained in piano and voice she has a passion for world music, contemporary composition and experimental electronics. This lead her to become DJ and Chanteuse of 'The Siren Suite-Britain's only 'classical' nightclub to great acclaim. For the last three years, Bishi has been training in the Sitar with the Ravi Shankar School for Music under guru Gaurav Mazumdar. For the last year, she has been singing with the London Bulgarian Choir under Dessislava Stefanova. Well known as the DJ and 'face' of London's experimental and notorious nightclub 'Kash Point,' Bishi has collaborated on avant electro pop Patrick Wolf, Simon Bookish, Capitol K, Cursor Miner, Fidel Villeneuve and Riton. |

Alan McGee's and Dan Devine's weekly night has seen some incredible guest. In Danny and Alan's words: "Maybe The Guardian summed some of the clientele best by saying it is ...a haven for indie celebs and punk veterans. However we consider Death Disco the place to enjoy yourself.
The Sessions cite Jimi Hendrix, The Wailers, Primal Scream, The Stooges, Marvin Gaye, Bill Withers, Gil Scott Heron amongst others as their influences. We reckon come and find out for yourself! | | |
