IN THE STUDIO:
Finally we’ve ended up the rebounce work for Norwegian artist Dalminjo.
If the original version “of Bossa Note” made you put on that latin shirt,
then this one will make you put on those disco sneakers! Listen…

The song ”Santiago Boys” (now also known from Sex in the City) will be
re-released again on Seasons. Watch out for new mixes by Halo, Jamie Thinnes and S.U.M.O.. Release date set to June.
Next own project tastes Brazil and will be released on the Florida-based label Soulfuric. The song is called  “Supra Sumo” and comes with two different bounces and three working tracks. Something for the summer !

OUTSIDE THE STUDIO:
If you missed out on the S.U.M.O. rebounce of Ive Mendes’ “Natural High” and didn’t catch it the second time on Dimitri from Paris’ compilation “Defected in the House”, then you can at least get hold of the beats if you buy “Nekoosa” by Audiowhores.
The rebounces of Lonesome Echo Production song “Spirit Of Drums”
reached the No.1 spot in the Zzub chart!
The release on Sfere called “Stay” has finally reached the record shops.
Also keep your eye open for “We/You/I” on Seasons and the rebounce
of Bana Kuba “Bare Brass” on Stealth.

IN THE KITCHEN:
We are happy present this month’s guest chef in the kitchen :
Rasmus Faber.
Rasmus Faber's  (never felt so) Fly Pasta
Super fast, super tasty. For 2 persons who like each other.A handful of crayfish (tails)
1 leek (tops)
5-10 mushrooms (depending on size)
A cup of sour cream
A cup of white wine (a good one)
Fresh basil
1-2 cloves of garlic
A ridiculously small amount of saffron
Salt, pepper, olive oil
Fresh pasta
Start boiling the water. Fry the mushrooms and the leek with olive oil
in a hot pan for 2 min. Add sour cream, white wine and garlic.
Mash the saffron in your hands before you add it. Boil for no more than 2 min so that the ingredients remain crisp. Put the fresh pasta in the boiling water. Add the crayfish to the sauce and finnaly some chopped fresh basil, salt and pepper.
Taste. If the saffron doesn't give enough colour, add some gurkmeja. Rinse the pasta in cold water for a sec. Serve right away with your best white wine.
