He started at the notorious Hollywood underground club, "The Beef," and honed his signature brand of "tribal" rhythms at club Maxx, before his highly successful 8 year residency at "The Men's Room" in Hollywood where he infused gospel, jazz, and Latin percussion style house music. He first appeared at DEEP in August 2003, which is considered a major highlight in his career as his great set has brought him back several times to DEEP family events. Will "Reelsoul" Rodriguez also started very young, as an avid collector of 45's by age 4.  By 12 years old, Reelsoul was making beats with two tape decks, and a keyboard that he taught himself to play by ear just 2 years prior. Also influenced by his cousin's love of deep house tracks, Reelsoul spinned and nutured his craft of musical arrangements across the board from Hip Hop, Rare Groove & Underground House Parties. His rich soulful debut "Take me to a place" was signed by Frankie Feliciano to his critically acclaimed Ricanstruction label. This was quickley followed by a string of remixes for Sole Channel, Home Recordings, MN2S, among others. Reelsoul Was recently signed to Sole Channel.                                                                             Next Week at DEEP: Join us as the talented DJ Heather and Colette reign and hold it down for the females as the Queens of House.
