Label head Claude Monnet takin’ the center stage on the step 3 of his Back 2 Fundamentals project and ready to take the floors by storm on this lectro synth led Afro tribal groove over a syncopated bassline and West Indies Créole chants. The influence, as he states on his promo clip, is quite clear, with a direct affiliation to the Tribal America label and NYC producer Danny Tenaglia’s approaches. Quite reminding as well of works of people such as Underground Sound Of Lisbon and more particularly the brilliant ‘Are You Lookin' For Me?' featuring Celeda, released in 1998 on Twisted. MFSB
