The Jinks
Well, 2007. In decades to come, this seemingly innocuous year will be remembered for a musical milestone, a beacon of light in the increasingly murky waters of popular culture. Wanky list shows and nostalgic documentaries will pinpoint 2007 as Ground Zero; as the Annus Wickedus in which an historical landmark for the music industry was first realised. But what’s so special about 2007? Why the hoo-hah? And no Dave, it’s not because Take That regrouped.
It is of course the year that Jinks Inc Records was launched!
We at the Money Pit Studio would like to thank everybody who’s shown us love in our maiden months. It’s been a (sometimes steep) learning curve already, but we couldn’t have done it without support and props. On the other hand, those that cross The Jinks face a sinister and debilitating curse, a spell so unspeakably horrific, that those cast under it in the past have never really recovered….
But anyhoo, to show our rispec and gratitude to those we love (ie you), we are throwing one more party this year, just before Christmas so that we can all get wrecked together one more time before thoughts of brussel sprouts and shit jumpers take over completely…

The last show of 2007 has proven to be one of the most entertaining, thanks in no small part to our interview with the legendary Joey Negro, who provided us with debauched insight into his world.
