Consider this however you want… The countless effects which might result from the expression of an artform first and foremost depend on the location of the reputedly balance point from which the artist will decline his work. Differently said, what is to be its perspective and, on most cases, its supposed subtelty. This applying to everything related to the senses, from the rendition of an image, to the making of a cookuing recipee, not to mention the writing and of of course the production of a musical part. With, on one side, the straight in yer face, soon to be forgotten after being fronted to it. And, on the other, the exceptional on which time will have no effect, because belonging to art as opposed to the said consumption product. Although released 8 years ago already, I tend to always discover something new when listening to this version courtesy of François K and that’s undeniably what makes it so special to my ears, made of delicacy… subtlety and sensuality like rarely before and to date. What the aforementioned would as a matter of fact justifiably call a ‘Blissed Out Dub’! MFSB
