“Let's abolish the cabaret license immediately. It's our first amendment Right ! Dancing is a freedom of expression ! And let's not allow any other

regulations that will hinder our right to do so. This outdated law has contributed to the current climate of cultural repression. When patrons are told to stop dancing even when a live band is playing, there's a serious problem with this picture. Madison Square Garden doesn't have a

cabaret license. Why is dancing not hindered there? Get the facts !!!

“Also, let's abolish the anti-club legislation that attacks our industry unfairly. We must overturn the Rave Act and stop the additional legislation currently being proposed that would make the DJ, band, bartender, door person and anyone else working at a venue responsible when a patron makes a personal decision to use drugs.
