Latest rebounce work leaving Heya Studios before summer
break is for Blaze. Hopefully you remember the song called

Two days ago, a guy from London called Wookie joined us in
the studio for an experimental jam session. Stay tuned for some
new musical steps in Sumoland.

The remix project for Club Mojo, the song named "Free", resulted
in three different bounces ! All mixes will be released on Lovemonk
around the time when you’ll be missing summer. Hear a snippet

OUTSIDE THE STUDIO:
Alf Tumble is coming to London July 6th to spin at AKA @
The End to celebrate the release of the forthcoming compilation
Afrique C'est Chic vol. 2. A month later, 7th August, both Combo
& Alf are returning to London for a set at Groove Sanctuary’s 4th
Anniversary alongside Raw Deal himself.

Watch out for tracks that starts with an “S”, These records will
be out in the shops right during summer: Seseland (Flamingo Discos),

IN THE KITCHEN:
We are happy to welcome this month’s guest chef :
Vinny Da Vinci (South Africa)

Vinny's Man On The Move Pasta

Ingredients (6 persons)
100g Spaghetti Sticks
100g Beef Minced Meat
3 Red Tomatoes (grated)
1 Onion (sliced)
1 Green /Red Pepper (grated)
Mushrooms (cut in halves)
Lemon Herb Spice
Pinch Of Salt
A teaspoon of sugar

Cook the spaghetti sticks in water for about 15 minutes
over high heat. Then get a big casserole pot and fry the
sliced onion, mushrooms and add the spice, salt and sugar.
Leave this on medium heat for 5 minutes and then add the meat.
Stir until all's mixed up and leave for another 15 minutes.
Take the already al dente spaghetti (drain all excess water)
and pour it in the mince pot and mix it all up. Let it all simmer
for another 15 minutes and it's ready to serve 6 hungry clubbers.
This meal is best enjoyed with a bottle of red wine.
