Soon to

us some scandinavian recipee, should you be in search of an original idea for
Christmas (it’s called the Swedish Knäck).
Ingredients : 3 dl of sugar, 3 dl of syrup, 3 dl of cream + 75 g of sweet
almonds.
Blanch and chop the almonds. Mix
the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan with a thick bottom and slowly cook
while stirring.
Make a ball test so that you know
that the mixture is ready. I.e. take a few drops of the mixture and pour them in
cold water.
If
you can make a ball with the mixture then it is ready.
Add
the almonds and pour the mixture in little paper baking tins.
Eat
as many as you can, but only during Christmas…
