Looks like 2K4 is definitely the year for Franck Roger & cohorts, which
is not that surprising due to the growing quality of his releases. Although many
would see him as THE upcoming producer hailing from France this year, this ain't
nothing but the result of hard work along the past years, thus making him in the
position of having a firm identity/touch nowadays. The threesome who've made
some noise this year, should it be on Kenlou or Straight Up are back on the
blocks on this first release of Franck's new label. Here they come up with
another true corker putting depth, soul and positivity into a blend of afro
latin jazz vibes which might well be the one for our long time friend. Hmmm !
