What an
interesting package we've got this week for you...
One of the most
awaited tracks from the past month finally is available: "Mental Black
Resurrection" by Glenn Underground has just been released ON Lifeline
Records. Jazzy percussive house at its best on a deep vibe. Glenn also
presents the wonderful "The Voice (Memories)" featuring Charles Matlock
on the "Deep Ending EP" on D'lectable Records.
Dr. Bob Jones
takes on DJ Oji's "Soul Underground" and gives it a fabulous reworking
that makes Una's voice sound better than ever.
King Street have
commissioned Frankie Feliciano to relift Studio Apartment featuring
Monique Bingham's "Flight". OM Records have released one of the standout
songs from Kaskade's current long player: "Sweet Love" which got remixed
by Marques Wyatt and Fred Everything in fine style.
For the
jazz-funk heads, there is the Knee Deep and Rasmus Faber
collaboration Seawind Project presenting "Free" on Knee Deep US,
featuring Emily McEwan on vocals.
On deVICE Records, Andy Holder is
presenting the deep house and jazz fusion "Nothing Like Jazz" by Rhythm &
Soul.
Trackwise, we
have François K. presenting "Enlightenment" on Wave Records, a melodious
jazzy track. Meanwhile Ware releases the "Next Step EP" on NiteGrooves
that combines techy grooves and latin rhythm. Last but not least we see Jamie
Lewis taking on KOT's "So Alive" on Purple Music Tracks and giving it
a darker, more minimalistic feeling.
