Among the CD's I got sent past week were some hot
showreel samplers from Sueno Soul that include a fantastic reworking of "Seasons
Of Change" by gospel group The Singletons. Also Sueno Soul do have
a couple of hot productions coming on their own, including "My Latin Woman".
The former Pick of the Week "Never Be
Another Love" by Stacey Mallory made it to the spotlight again with a
brand new remix by DJ Pope who turns out a fourteen minute extravaganza.
I know I'm running a bit late on this, but
neverless the DJ Spinna remix of Alison Crockett's "Crossroads"
should not be missed at all ; a soulful re-rub at its best. More soulful house
grooves come courtesy of Kemdi who presents "Still A Dancer" and "Cast Your
Spell" by Mr. Ali featuring Carla Prather. Also there is Stengun
featuring Christina T "Big fun" which opens up this weeks mixshow
with its nice intro and smooth groove.
Dino & Terry have two hot releases on their
Crash label to be out soon. "Tomorrow" by D.T.M.A. comes your way on a
classic vibe and features spoken words while "You blessed me" by Markus
Enochson featuring Aaron Phir is a drivin' vocal house groover.
Trackwise, we do have two of New York's hottes
producers of the moment : Alix Alvarez presents "The critical point EP"
and Jeremias Santiago presents "Keyzzz". Next up is Dennis Ferrer
who has the hot two tracker "Hit It Off"/"Jero" with the first spreading a
funked-up vibe, the later being on an afro house tip. The 12:03 AM (Dub) Project
features productions from Jesse "Outlaw" and Jerry Flores taking
you to a ride into underground dance music.
