Hello & Happy
New Year Everybody,
Here it is, the
first upate for 2005… But wait a minute, as this is not a regular one. No Fresh
Grooves mixshow this week, but the Lost Grooves 2004 mixshow we've mentioned at
the end of last year made about music that didn't make it to the regular
mixshows of 2004, but deserves to be heard.
Included are
some exclusives not yet available pieces : there is the exceptional Osunlade
remix of Vivian Green's "Emotional Rollercoaster" and the Marlon D.
remix of Vernessa Mitchell's "Took My Love", both not included on the
official single releases as the labels opted to please a different crowd.
Patrick Green has the wonderful "You" featuring the sweet voice of Nicole
Graham while Panyard are featured with two tracks from their upcoming
longplayer Feel Like Dancing featuring James B and "Vashist"
featuring Marcel. And then there is "The Most Beautiful Boy In Brazil" by
Physics in the smokin' Soul Oasis remix.
Then we have
some material from Yoruba Records included in the mixshow, both released and yet
to be released: "Yemeya" by Sin Palabras as remixed by John Beltran remix
+"Grand Masterplan" by Lotus & Strauss and the Alix Alvarez remix
of "Love Made For Two" by Santos featuring Joseph Saddler.
The mix gets
rounded up with "Principles Of Love" and "Listen To The Music" from Incognito,
two tracks that are only out on a hard-to-get Japanese 12". And finally another
Japan exclusive is the Masters At Work remix of Michael Jackson's
"Don't Stop Till You Get Enough", released back in 1992 on the "Uptown Jams"
CD-single which is a rare item.
