Sat - June 21 ---
Dubwise Sessions returns to that intimate speakeasy that is Studio BPM for our first summer session with another toke from above!
Joining us this Saturday night will be Studio One's Judah Eskender Tafari and his band -- -a remarkable talent with a one of a kind voice who released six classic 7"s on Studio One --- 'Jah Light', 'Rastafari Tell You', 'Always Trying', 'Conquer Me', 'Danger In Your Eyes' and 'Just Another Day' a 12", from 1978 till 1980 -- and has gone on to record for various labels around the world but still remains critically overlooked.
We had Judah play at Dubwise back in May of '06 and it was a wicked night - we're excited for his return
Captain Planet + DJ DRM will be on selection duties -- Treasure Don will be on the mic.
