Carter has worked with the notable producer Charlemagne, who has produced for artists such as Mary J. Blige, Missy Elliott, Jay-Z and R. Kelly to name a few. Charlemagne produced the BRIDGE demo, and later furnished the two with a multitude of tracks that they used to build a massive catalog of Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop songs. Carter also crafted numerous songs with Wil Milton, who has produced for Louie Vega, Kevin Hedge, Jody Watley, Colonel Abrams, KimBlee, Andre Collins, and Byron Stingly among others.

It was with a Charlemagne-produced track, that BRIDGE created a promotional introduction for the critically acclaimed Hot 97 morning show with Doctor Dre and Ed Lover. That frequently-played promo allowed Rodney to establish his own publishing company, SOULICE (ASCAP). Currently, Rodney has two singles available "Run to Me" (Vega)*** and "Gravity" (King Street). Both singles were produced and cowritten by Wil Milton. Rodney is also actively involved in artist development, songwriting, and producing.
